Terms of trade
RDX Global is the trading name of R D X Global Ltd, a company registered in Scotland with company number SC840793, whose registered office is at 32 Strathlachlan Avenue, Carluke, ML8 4DX ("we", "us").
These terms apply to every order placed with us by an approved trade account holder. By opening an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
1. Accounts
Trade accounts are available to businesses and public bodies only. We may set, change or withdraw credit terms and limits at our discretion, and will tell you in writing when we do.
2. Prices
Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate. Volume rates apply to the order total before VAT and delivery. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown when you place an order is the price you pay.
3. Orders and cutting
An order is accepted when we send an acknowledgement. Material cut to your specified lengths is made to order and cannot be cancelled once cut. Saw cuts are supplied to a tolerance of −0 / +3 mm and guillotined sheet to −0 / +2 mm unless a closer tolerance is agreed in writing before the order is placed.
4. Delivery
Dispatch and transit times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery, and title passes when we have received payment in full.
5. Payment
Credit accounts are payable on the terms shown on your account. Proforma orders are paid before cutting. We may charge interest on overdue sums under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price of the material concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We collect the information you give us when you apply for an account, place an order or contact us, and use it to run your account, process orders, deliver material and keep the records the law requires.
What we hold
Business and contact details, delivery addresses, order history and, for credit accounts, the trade references and credit information needed to set terms.
Who we share it with
Couriers that deliver your orders, our payment and credit reference providers, and our professional advisers. We never sell your information.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold, or object to how we use it, by emailing trade@rdxglobaluk.com.
Returns
Material cut to your lengths is made to order and cannot be returned unless it is faulty or not as ordered.
Faulty or incorrect material
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will collect and replace or credit the material at no cost to you.
Full stock lengths
Uncut full lengths in resaleable condition may be returned within 14 days by arrangement. A collection charge may apply.
Damage in transit
Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork and tell us the same day.
